Delete your account
You can delete your Basketball Practice Planner account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. You do not need to contact us and you do not need to wait.
How to delete your account
- Open Basketball Practice Planner on your phone, or go to coachai-app.pages.dev in a browser.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
- Scroll to the ACCOUNT section and sign in if you are not already.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, then tap Delete permanently.
The account is removed immediately and you are signed out.
What is deleted
Everything tied to the account is removed from our servers straight away:
- Your account, the email address it was created with, and the name and profile picture link Google sent if you signed in with Google
- Your team, its name and the whole roster
- Every practice you shared, and the share links that pointed to them, which stop working
- The individual focus notes you sent to players
We keep no copy and there is no retention period. Deletion cannot be undone.
What is not deleted
Anything the app stores only on your own device is untouched, because it was never on our servers in the first place:
- Practices and coaching-board drawings saved on the device
- Player photos
- Recorded coaching clips
- Scoreboard results and app settings
To remove those as well, uninstall the app, or clear the site data if you use it in a browser.
A note about players
Players do not have accounts. They open a practice link a coach shares with them, in a browser, without signing up. There is nothing for a player to delete. When a coach deletes their account, the links stop working for everyone who had them.
